Overall, I am happy with my turkey. Being my first year eating Halal but wanting to have a traditional meal with other family members, while challenging eating with them, this made it much easier. I appreciate the opportunity to have a Halal turkey sent to me & I thank the bird for giving its life for us. While it is a bit on the pricey side and my turkey was on the smaller weight, I think I'd still get one again next year. When ordering, it said they would ship a few days before Thanksgiving & I got it 6 days before Thanksgiving, so it was a bit early but better early than too late. My bird still had the neck attached and no gizzards inside, so I was a bit bummed as I was hoping to use the gizzards to make gravy. The turkey was one of the best turkey's I've ever had as we wet binned it for 24 hours before cooking. It was the most moist bird ever with the brown meat literally falling off the bone. Overall, I'm pleases with my purchase. Thank you.

Finally my family can enjoy turkey on thanksgiving! 4 stars because I would have liked the bag of giblets for my stock and one of the wings was clipped, so presentation wise I would have preferred both wings fully intact. We roasted a full turkey and it came out delicious! The giblets were missing, but we substituted oysters in our dressing. Delivery was timely with notifications. I will definitely be back to try other meats and products. I am so glad I found a halal source for meat!

Also, just overall the service and professionalism was also excellent. My only feedback : 1. would have appreciated a heads up before delivery (got the notification just an hour or two in advance). 2. would appreciate a pasture raised option.
