Returns Policy
As a part of our commitment to you, all One Stop Halal purchases are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return with our easy online process.
Policy:
- You have 30 days to return an item to us.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain products are exempted from being returned
- Perishable Foods: All frozen and meat products are exempted for return. If the perishable product is spoiled, please reach out to us from our 'Contact Us' page immediately. We may require proof like pictures etc. If there is a valid reason, we will send you a replacement item free of cost.
- Perfumes
- Personal care items such as body wash, toothpaste, lotions
Returns Instruction:
- Initiate a Return: Click here to begin the process. Enter your Order Number and Email address.
- Select Items: Pick the items from the order you want to return. Certain items may not qualify for return.
- Reason: Provide the reason for your return.
- Approval: Once you have submitted the return request, we will review your request. Once approved, you will get an email notification with all the details.
- Print and Ship: Print the Shipping Label and stick it on the outside of the box. If you are using the same box that your order came in, then remove all the old labels.
- Amount refunded: Once your return is received and inspected, you will then be issued a refund which may take upto 5 business days to show up on your end.
